151", 156" & 159" Deep Powder Update Kit Contents

  • Tunnel Extension
    • Replaces existing rear Tunnel Extension from the seat back.
    • New Extension is a full 5" Longer to provide Superior Track Clearance.
    • New Extension is made of 0.063" Aluminum and
      Powder Coated for the MM to Match OEM Tunnel (Blue or Silver) Natural on Mtn Viper
    • Maintains Stock Heat Exchanger, Bumper and Bumper Covers.
    • Extension is CNC Punched to insure a perfect fit every time.
    • All joints on the extension are welded for strength and good looks
  • Custom Hoses for Heat Exchanger Relocation
    • The Stock (no cutting & welding) Rear Heat Exchanger mounts in the extension
    • The new Tunnel Extension moves the Exchanger Rearward, requiring longer hoses.
    • Kit contains 2 Custom Bent Hoses & 4 Clamps.  
  • CNC 6061 Aluminum Rear Rail Extensions Included
    • Includes all nuts and bolts required to install extensions.
    • All required hardware is Zinc Coated to prevent rust.
  • All Required Hardware
    • 35 Zinc Coated OEM Steel  Structural Rivets (31 Required). 
    • 5 Large Head Aluminum Rivets for Mud Flap (4 Required).
