Tunnel Extension: Replaces existing rear tunnel extension from the seat back, the extension is a full 5" longer to provide superior track clearance and is made of 0.063" aluminum and powder coated to match OEM tunnel (blue, silver or natural). It maintains the stock heat exchanger, bumper and bumper covers. The extension is CNC punched to insure a perfect every time. All joints on the extension are welded for strength and good looks.
Custom Hoses for Heat Exchanger Relocation: The stock rear heat exchanger mounts in the extension without cutting or welding. the new tunnel extension moves the exchanger rearward, requiring longer hoses which are contained in the kit along with 4 new hose clamps.
CNC 6061 Aluminum Rear Rail Extensions: Includes all nuts and bolts required to install extensions and all the required hardware is zinc coated to prevent rust.
Additional Hardware: 35 black or silver zinc coated OEM steel structural rivets and 5 large head aluminum rivets for the mud flap). This kit is designed for at home installation so no welding or extra parts are required.
Detailed Instructions: Every step is detailed for a no mistake, no question installation; includes detailed drawings, tool list, appendix for suspension removal & installation and an appendix for bleeding the cooling system.
