- Tunnel Extension
- Replaces existing rear Tunnel Extension.
- New Extension provides Superior Track Clearance.
- Maintains Stock Bumper and bumper cover (no cutting).
- Custom Template for Suspension Relocation
- Relocate your Existing Suspension Approximately 3" rearward.
- Template bolts into existing Suspension Holes to Easily locate new mounting
holes in your tunnel.
- W-Arm relocation option is provided in the template.
- Custom Hoses for Heat Exchanger Relocation
- The Stock (no cutting & welding) Rear Heat Exchanger mounts in the rear
tunnel cap.
- The new Tunnel Extension moves the Exchanger Rearward, requiring longer hoses.
- Kit contains 2 Custom Bent Hoses & 4 Clamps to accomplish this.
- CNC 6061 Aluminum Rear Brackets Included
- All required hardware is Zinc Coated to prevent rust.
- Kit provides an Extended Range of Track Tension Adjustment.
Required for all 144" & 141" tracks due to stretch.
- 1997 and 98 Models originally came with 9 tooth drivers and 1.5" Tracks.
Converting these models to 8 tooth drivers for 2" Tracks resulted in a reduced amount
of track tension adjustment.

- 35 Black Zinc Coated OEM Steel Structural Rivets (31 Required).
- 5 OEM Large Head Aluminum Rivets for Mud Flap (4 Required).
- Nuts for Temporary Template Installation.
- 2 Aluminum Axle Collars included (Replaces OEM Collars).
- No Welding or Extra Parts Required
- This kit is designed for at home installation.
- All 2" Tracks require 8 tooth drivers.
