A-ARMS for RX-1

| MPI A-Arms use an uncommon variety of Chrome-Moly, a carefully designed heat-treating process, advanced assembly techniques and computer-aided structural analysis to produce this part. The final product weighs almost 7 pounds less than the OEM arms & features hidden bolts to enhance looks and strength. They are available
for Mountain 4 Stroke Sleds in 38” or 41”. Short Track
RX-1 and Warrior choose from 42” or 45" widths. A separate Short Track
Version is also available for Short Track Apex, Attack and Vector in 42" and
45". Available in powder coat colors: Yamaha Blue or Silver. 41” kits widen Mtn RX-1,
Apex and Vector and includes lightweight tie rods. 45" Kits widen Short
Tracks. Short Track Kits do NOT work on Mountain Sleds and vise versa.
MPI also offers a lightweight shaft kit that saves an additional 2+
pounds. It replaces the inner and outer steel shafts with high strength
aluminum one. This kits is a must for any sled on a diet.

These Trailing Arms are a combination of a Chrome Moly headpiece and a replaceable main shaft. Main Shafts are available in Aluminum, Cr-Moly or Carbon Fiber. The kit
supplies 2 new rod ends for the trailing arms The Aluminum arms are 4 pounds lighter than stock, Moly is 5 & the Carbon Fibers are 6 pounds lighter. The Cr-Moly head is Powder Coated & the aluminum arms are available in Natural or Polished Aluminum. Moly tubes are Powdered to match.

ROD & TIE ROD KIT

Our rod kit is swaged from 6061 T-6 aluminum. It comes with heavy-duty Cr-moly outer rod ends with a 17,000-pound tensile strength. The kit uses the stock adjustable inner rod ends. Kit comes complete with all necessary hardware and installation instructions. These directly replace the stock pieces. Available for 38”, 41” or 42”. The complete kit weights 4.0 pounds (weight savings is 2.8 pounds).

MPI spindles are made with aircraft quality 7075 T-6 Aluminum, which is stronger and lighter than steel, these spindles are machined from a solid piece of billet with no welds. These are machined specifically for late model Yamahas and bolt right on!
